M.2-Three: an active SSD heatsink from Jiushark!

Here we are, active heatsinks for M.2 SSDs are gradually coming. Today, we learn that the Chinese brand Jiushark launches its M.2-Three. It is a side flow heatsink with a 60mm fan, all in M.2 format.

Jiushark M.2-ThreeeThe Chinese brand literally offers us a mini-fan… But to cool the SSD. As you can see, everything is there: the heat pipe, the aluminum fins and even the fan. In detail, we find a single copper heat pipe that will come into direct contact with the SSD at the level of an aluminum base. The latter passes through a total of 27 aluminum fins that are cooled by a 60 mm slim fan. This debauchery of means would allow to reduce the temperature of the SSD of 50°C or more. Concerning the fan, we know that it will be able to run up to 3000 RPM. At full speed, the airflow will reach 14 CFM and the static pressure will rise to 1.33 mmH2O. Finally, it will be necessary to plan a little space at the level of the M.2 slot of the motherboard. In terms of size, the brand announces 41.5 (W) x 35.5 (D) x 82 (H) mm and a weight of 113g. For the moment, we do not know the selling price, however, the brand proposes the technical sheet of the finally!
