SuperFlower announces new power supplies. The brand does not hesitate to put forward (very) strong powers in a 13 cm deep casing. In short, here are the Leadex V Platinum Pro!

Leadex V Platinum Pro: up to 1000W in a 13 cm case!

Superflower Leadex V Platinum ProThe particularity of these power supplies is to offer high power in a small steel case. Indeed, the brand offers us 850W and 1000W power supplies in an ATX format shell. However, the depth of the latter remains very contained since it is only 13 cm.

Besides that, we have a fully modular cable management with the patented SuperFlower system. Indeed, whether you have a PCIe, CPU EPS12V, SATA or Molex cable, you can plug it anywhere on your block… Except on the ports reserved for the 24-pin ATX.

Internally, we find Japanese capacitors. On the electrical side, these blocks have a single 12V rail of 83.3A (1000W) and 70.8A (850W). On the protection side, these models have: OCP, OVP, double OPP, SCP, UVP, OTP, NLO (No-Load Operation) and SIP (Surge & Inrush Protection).

Finally, for the connectivity, know that you will have enough to power large configurations. The 850W block comes with no less than six 6+2 pin PCIe connectors compared to eight for the 1000W model. The same goes for the CPU power supply: two 4+4 pin connectors per power supply. As for the rest, SATA and Molex, don’t worry, as is often the case, you’ll have enough to power a plethora of SSD/HDD.

For the price, our Japanese source indicates 23 990 yens for the 850W version against 26 990 yens for the 1000W. After raw conversion, that gives us ~184 € for the 850W version against ~207 € per kilowatt. Finally, you should know that a white version will be proposed for the Leadex V Platinum Pro 1000W.
