New case from Cooler Master which announces its HAF 500. As a reminder, the HAF series is a range of airflow oriented cases and this new reference is no exception to the rule. Indeed, it displays two big fans in front and a mesh panel.
HAF 500: a new case with a big airflow!
With this new case, Cooler Master puts forward a medium tower model with dimensions of 224 (W) x 516 (D) x 510 (H) mm. The choice of materials is steel, mesh for the front and a tempered glass side panel.
Internally, we will be able to install large motherboards up to E-ATX format (30.5 cm x 35.8 cm). The rest of the components are not left out either, with fans reaching 167 mm in height. For the graphics card and the power supply, we have 410 mm and 180 mm respectively.
Basically, this model comes with two large 200 mm fans in the front to provide an important air flow. In addition, the mills will be able to breathe properly thanks to the mesh front. Finally we find two other fans in 120 mm, one at the rear, the other positioned so as to water the graphics card and its heatsink!
Regarding the watercooling, the case benefits from a double support for radiator in 360 mm in front and in the top.
We finish quickly with the storage that puts forward up to 4 slots in 2.5″ or two slots 2.5″ and 3.5″. This is possible thanks to a HDD cage composed of two baskets.
Finally, we end with the selling price which is 159,99 €!
