If you are a regular visitor of our discord, you know that we have a special affection for Hall Of Fame components from GALAX and KFA2. So it’s not surprising that we’re always on the lookout for information about new products. Here, it is bl4ckdot who informed us about GALAX DDR5 HOF memory kits referenced on a Chinese website.
We should find two different variations of these kits: the HOF OC Lab DDR5 Master S kits and the HOF OC Lab DDR5 Phantom S RGB kits. These two series will benefit from factory sorted chips and a 10-layer PCB. The idea is to select the best performing chips.
The Master S series is more minimalist and has a white radiator, the favorite color of the GALAX HOF series. On the other hand, the Phantom S RGB series benefits from a more worked radiator as well as a RGB backlight. We do not have any information yet on the availability nor on their price.
Let’s hope they make their way to Europe because it’s been a while since we had in our hands a HOF memory kit, moreover in DDR5, from GALAX.
