The Divider 550 TG Ultra, we already told you about it in the course of a brief. However, at that time, we didn’t know the price yet. It is now done, the case appearing on the online store of its manufacturer: Thermaltake!
Divider 550 TG Ultra: a ~$250 bill!
As a reminder, with this model, Thermaltake offers us a case with a medium tower format. It measures 230 (W) x 466 (D) x 530 (H) mm and weighs 10,16 kg, weight justified by the use of three glass panels and a steel chassis.
Inside, there is enough room to install ATX motherboards to the maximum. The storage part is equipped with four 2.5″ slots and an HDD cage with two 2.5″/3.5″ baskets. The rest of the components will be able to measure :
- 170 mm in height for the heatsink
- 360 mm long for the graphics card with front heatsink, 390 mm without
- 180 mm deep for the power supply with HDD cage, 220 mm without
The cooling could be consequent since we are talking about eight slots in 120 mm against four in 140 mm. For the watercooling, we find a radiator support in 360 mm at the front. Otherwise, we will stop at 280 mm in front and top. Finally, if desired, we can integrate a 240 mm radiator next to the motherboard, in the top and front.
Finally, we note that the particularity of this model is to integrate a 3.9″ LCD display in front. The latter takes the place of a hypothetical 5.25″ optical bay. As you can see, the objective is to display what you want: image, GIF or information related to the system. In short, a case that can easily be coupled with an AIO ToughLiquid Ultra to have a lot of screens everywhere!
