Dark Phantom DP31: a compact format and RGB on the front!

Antec Dark Phantom DP31With this model, Antec offers us a mini-tower case measuring 212 (W) x 378 (D) x 398 (H) mm. As for the weight, we are facing a light model with only 2.9 kg on the scale. The materials used are a mix of plastic and steel as well as tempered glass for the side panel.

Internally, there will be room for motherboards in mini-ITX and micro-ATX format. On the other hand, the CPU cooling unit will be able to measure up to 150 mm maximum, which could be a problem with many models. Otherwise, for the power supply, we have up to 30 cm free without the HDD cage, 175 mm with. Finally, for the graphics card, don’t bite off more than you can chew with 300 mm max, 275 mm with the fans in front.

Speaking of fans, the case can carry up to five fans in 120 mm. There will be one slot at the back, two at the front and two at the top. Moreover, the brand’s photos show two mills mounted on the power supply cover, but their location is not mentioned in the data sheet.

As you can see, in case of liquid cooling, the brand only offers compatibility with 120mm or 240mm radiators.

Finally, for storage, Antec provides an HDD cage that can accommodate two 3.5″ units or one in 3.5″ and a second in 2.5″. Finally, a small 2.5″ board is present on the back of the motherboard.

As for the price, it will cost about sixty euros with a first appearance at Cybertek. Note that at this price, we take advantage of a side panel mounted on a hinge and closing with magnets!

This way to the Antec datasheet!
