The biggest configuration of the card would have 4 CPU die engraved in 6 nm with 8 GPU die engraved in 5 nm and stacked in 3D on top of the CPU die. It is coupled with 8 HBM3 chips, all supported by an interposer of more than 2750 mm² of surface! The power consumption would be at the rendezvous with, a TDP announced of 600 W.

All this is still rumors… But this could confirm the first information that came out a few months ago, on the possible change of strategy by AMD on the range of instincts GPUs.
